Golden Globe Awards

Happy New Year!!!

I know it's already the middle of January, but our New Year's resolution was to finally start this blog, so here we are!!!

For those of you interested in films, tv series and such, last night were the 2009 Golden Globe Awards. The "Goldens" often give us an idea about who will win the Oscars this year, so it's worth to have a look.

Personally, I always try to watch the films and tv series that have won an award and I have had some pleasant surprises over the years...

So, here is a list of the winners. Enjoy!!

Hi there, I'm really glad to see you around here :)

About the golden globes some of the winners are obvious choices but some of them have really surprised me, for example:
- I know Merryl Streep has one million awards, but to those of us who were sceptical about her Donna (I had seen the musical) she was a true surprise - and couldn't believe she would surprise me anymore
- Ok, ok, Gabriel Byrne is Gabriel Byrne, but there is no ficcional character on tv today as Jeremy Piven's Ari Gold (Entourage)
- Mickey Rourke has won an award O_o, that's something that will always amaze me

Great post, loved to read you!
